Outcomes
Our alumni are taking ownership of their legacy
and rising to the challenges ahead of them.
To remain responsive to alumni needs, we
conduct annual surveys to discover whether
certain patterns in college equate to more
successful career outcomes. We measure
quantitative and qualitative outcomes because
equity matters in our workforce and our society.
We know our alumni are taking control
of their futures because they:
Graduate college at a rate
more than 2x the national
average for their low-
income, first generation
peers and outperform the
national average for ALL
college students.

Manage their debt and pay
back their loans with their
first job out of college.
Choose careers that help
others access opportunities.
Fifty percent of College Track
alumni are in social services
fields, such as education, law,
social work or criminal justice.
