Table Hosts are special friends of YWCP who are willing to support the annual Leadership Breakfast
by ensuring it is a wellattended and wellfunded event. Each Table Host strives to fill a table of 10
(including themselves) with people who have an interest in supporting either allgirls or urban
education, and who are potentially willing and able to provide some financial support for YWCP.
The Table Host will either pay for the table themselves ($425) or ask their guests to pay for their own
seats ($45). They will also set the expectation with their guests of making a donation at the event.
All donations made at the Breakfast support the programs of the YWCP Foundation.
Once you have agreed to be a Table Host, create a list of 1015 of your friends, family members, and
colleagues who have a desire to give girls in Rochester the opportunity for a quality education. You
can either call those people to personally invite them to sit at your table (see sample script) or send
their names and email address to Lauri Bonnell at [email protected]. If you
choose to send your contacts to Lauri, she will send your invitees an email invitation that is
personalized to come from you. Your guests will RSVP directly to you. You will also receive the
email so you can forward it to additional people as needed.
Payment for your table ($425) must be made by September 15th and can be made by a check sent
to: YWCP Foundation, 133 Hoover Drive, Rochester, NY 14615, or paid by credit card online at
www.youngwomenscollegeprep.org/foundation/events.
Once your table is filled and guests are confirmed, please fill out the attached sheet and mail
or email the list of names to Lauri Bonnell by October 15th. If someone is not able to attend
the event, please ask him or her if they'd be willing to make a contribution anyway.
