personal growth opportunities in the area of leadership development
Provide professional development for teachers tasked with leading site-level
collaboration meetings
Continue to support union leadership development
Expand diversity training for adults and students
Develop a formalized support system for new leaders at the site and district levels
Continue to recruit leaders at all levels of the organization when opportunities exist
Further utilize Learning Walks both within and outside Walnut Valley
Design a formal system to specifically develop aspiring administrators
