Two successfully closed oceanfront home sales in Folly Field in
2015 pushed the average sale price above the prior year. As Folly
Field has shown to have fairly limited turnover of single family
homes - speaking to the appeal of the area – the 2 higher-end
sales certainly had a nice statistical impact. Meanwhile, the villa
market is typically active, yielding 76 reported sales last year, 86%
of which took place in Fiddlers Cove and HH Beach & Tennis.

Even in the midst of elevated inventory, the Forest Beach
home market took some positive strides in 2015, reporting
the highest-value home sale since 2009! Most home listings
took a little longer to sell, but the average price trended up
by year end. Meanwhile, the villa market essentially
exploded with a 34% increase in closed transactions reported
in 2015 over 2014!

Wow…2015 marked the third year in a row with over 200 home
sales in HHP, pointing to one of HHI’s healthiest markets! Not
surprisingly, many of the HHP listings sold rather quickly, and
the year closed out with a limited supply of inventory, aiding to
