Greenleaf is in the heart of East Oakland. Built on a
foundation of strong community and family partnerships,
we are committed to academic excellence for all students.
Our principles of learning “Pride, Inquiry, Integrity, and
Determination” define who we are and what we do. We have
a strong instructional program with an emphasis on balanced
literacy, differentiation, and critical thinking. Together, we
are a community of learners dedicated to success for each
and every student.
School Uniform Description
TK through fifth grades: Burgundy or white polo
shirt, khaki pants, skirts or shorts, Greenleaf
hoodie or sweatshirt, with black or white shoes.
Sixth through eighth grades: White or navy polo
shirt, khaki pants, skirts, or shorts, Greenleaf
hoodie or class hoodie, with black or white
shoes.
School Hours
Transitional Kindergarten through Fifth - 8:45am
to 2:45pm, Sixth - 8:45am to 5:30pm, Seventh
and Eighth - 8:45am to 3:30pm with 5:30pm
option.
