The elder I Had a pleasant time talking with was Dr. Johnson. I met her at her church where she grew up. I thought she would be a nice, interesting person to talk with. Afterwards I still thought she was nice and interesting. It seemed like she had a good childhood, a great adulthood, and more incredible years to come. Many things about
Dr. Johnson stood out to me. Her father use to work at Hampton. So She always liked this school’ s campus and environment. Both of her parents Attend Hampton, like my parents. So I felt a little connection. Another connection is she is a pharmacist. And that is what I want to major in once I go to college. She was telling I need to be good and enjoy science, because there will be lots of chemistry classes I will have to take. She told me that

I cannot afford to fall behind if I don’ t understand a lesson. If I don’ t understand something then I need to ask help from my professor or a tutor. That is same thing that my parents have told me before. I think Dr. Johnson thoughts about me were, I was a nice young lady with a bright future ahead of me. I hope another day I will get to see her again.
My exprerience with my elder was a blast! I met Ms. Barbara Jones. She had a very intriguing younger day. She has been at Carver Memorial Presbyterian Church. She has been every position you can think of in the church, from a deacon to a trustee. Her mind is very open, she isn’ t afraid to speak her mind. Something about her that stood out to me about her is that out of all family, she is the only Presbyterian one. She’ s like normal teachers and adults. She doesn’ t like smart mouth kids. She told me driving takes you places and that if you put your mind to it, you’ ll go far in life. She thought of me as a well-respected young lady. She has many heroes, her mother and first grade teacher because they are very strong woman. Her biggest fear was her skin color because they judged you on your color back then. To over come her fear, she kept going and didn’ t let whatever it was take hold and get the
