Voting began in October, when readers nominated their favorites.
A second round in December narrowed the top seven nominees in each category down to four finalists, from which the winners were ultimately chosen.
Each year, the editorial team refines the list to reflect evolving interests across the county. This year, two new categories joined the lineup: Best Plastic Surgery Center and Best Med Spa.
The event was produced by the USA Today Network Ventures events team in collaboration with the( 201) staff, many of whom readers recognize from the magazine’ s masthead. Flynn and Mushinske opened the awards ceremony, while( 201) Editor-in-Chief Liz Johnson, Production Manager Glenn Garvie and a number of account executives helped bring a touch of sparkle to the evening. Regan Apo, general manager and vice president of sales, welcomed guests before dinner and thanked the sponsors, Mahwah Ford and USA Wine Traders.
