( 201) Magazine’ s Gala brings the Best of Bergen together for a fifth time

Camera flashes lit the room and the red carpet hummed with excitement Thursday night as nearly 380 guests gathered for the fifth annual Best of Bergen Gala. The celebration honored the winners and finalists of( 201) Magazine’ s 20th annual Best of Bergen Readers’ Poll, bringing together representatives of the county’ s favorite businesses, services and experiences at the Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe.
Throughout the evening, finalists mingled, dined and cheered as winners were revealed from among four finalists in each of the poll’ s 132 categories.
Creative director John Flynn and art director Joram Mushinske introduced the awards portion of the evening, along with Miss New Jersey Belle Nicholas and DJ Adam Rivers, who served as the evening’ s emcees.
Earning a Best of Bergen title is no small feat. Editors organize the poll into four main groups— Places to Go & Things to Do; Health & Beauty;
