A rising young trainer has recently moved to an established Walking Horse stable in Mississippi . Howard Roberts , formerly with Hinson Walking Horse
Stables in Sumter , S . C ., has taken over the training chores at the H . C . Bailey facility in Jackson , Miss .
A well-known name in the Walking Horse business , the Baileys have maintained a fine operation for many years and have had some of the finest trainers in the trade working here , including Jim Babb and George Livingston . Howard carried a few horses with him to Jackson and will have several fine horses in training owned by the H . C . Baileys , as well as some good stock owned by new customers in Mississippi .
