Awards were presented and officers elected at the meeting. The “Show of the Year” Award went to the Royal Horse Show of Amory, Mississippi for the second year in a row. This fine show is sponsored by the Lions Club and is certainly doing a sterling job as indicated by their numerous awards. Robert Henson, Okolona, Mississippi was elected pres­ ident of the group and last years president, Tom Banks of Murray, Kentucky, will serve as vice president. Kenneth Robinson will also serve as a vice president and Emmet Guy will again be the secretary-treasurer of the group. 12 The directors will be the same as last year. This group includes H. R. Belew, Leon Forrester, Fred Minton,'Penn Motion George L. Lenox, Sam Gibbons, O’Neil Howell, Tom Walsh, and Jimmie Oakley.
