NOVEMBER
MR. GEORGE W. HILL.
El Cajon, California
When we first came up with the
idea of a monthly article about in
teresting people in the Walking
Horse business, our first impres
sion was that the most logical sub
jects were trainers. We have since
learned that there are many promi
nent people, other than trainers,
who have contributed much to the
development of the Tennessee
Walking Horse in many parts of
the country. Our plans at the pres
ent are to seek out such individuals
and tell you something about their
contributions to the breed and to
relate some of their thinking re
garding the current development
of the breed.
Our “Profiles” subject for this
month is Mr. George W. Hill of El
Cajon, California. Some months
ago an error was made in mention
ing this stalwart of the Walking
Horse business in the “VOICE”.
