The potential purchasers agree to employ a building inspector that will use:
1. A Thermal Imaging Camera
2. A Hygrometer
3. A non invasive moisture meter that can penetrate 4 centimeters into the building
materials
If this standard can not be met by the potential purchasers first choice building
inspector/s, the prospective buyers agree to choose another building inspector that
can meet these minimum requirements.
The prospective buyers agree that any inspector who turns up at their request without
a Hygrometer, a thermal camera, and a 40mm non invasive moisture sensor will not be
allowed into 115a Normandale Road to test, and will be turned away, until they can
return with these testing tools.
The prospective purchasers also warrant that their chosen inspector has not been fined,
or settled with any clients on any prior inspection reports they, or their company has
undertaken previously, on any roughcast homes.
