Lou and Stephanie Dedier , along with their five children , set out years ago to create a new and innovative concept . The Mimosa House is a place where friends and family can gather to share great food and drinks . Boasting a casual environment , The Mimosa House offers the largest selection of domestic and foreign sparkling wines and champagnes in California . More than a dozen varietals and vintages are offered by the glass for the guest to enjoy .
“ We want people to experience the best champagne has to offer ,” says Lou Dedier . “ Everyone has different tastes , and we do our best to cater to the variety of preferences within the community .”
The Dediers have proudly expanded their dream into five local locations : Folsom , East Sacramento , Rancho Cordova , El Dorado Hills and Roseville . With seasonal decor , events and ever-changing weekly food and drink specials , the family tirelessly works together to perfect the craft they love . They take pride in offering a comfortable and enjoyable ambiance .
