McClellan Logistics Center will encompass three spacious warehouse buildings ,

totaling 389,029 square feet , on Winters Street and bounded by Dudley
Boulevard and McClellan Park Drive . The logistics center is the second new warehouse project to be built in McClellan Park , making it a key development in the master-planned campus .
All buildings will be concrete tilt construction and outfitted with truck docks with 130 ’ truck courts , 9 ’ X10 ’ dock doors , clear height ranging from 28 ’ to 32 ’, 50 ’ X 54 ’ column spacing , and ESFR fire sparkler systems .
McClellan Logistics Center is located along the I-80 / Winters Street Interchange , minutes from downtown Sacramento . Its buildings will be visible from Interstate 80 and tenants will have access to McClellan Park ’ s other amenities , including an onsite hotel and dining , residential housing , UP / BNSF rail service and the Sacramento McClellan Airport .
The project is expected to break ground Spring 2021 .
