Milestone Restaurant in El Dorado

Hills provides the best regional dining and what its team calls “ community hospitality .” Established in 2015 by Nick Dedier III and Alexa Hazelton , Milestone offers different menu concepts instead of repetition , keeping a fresh feel for dedicated customers .

With natural woods , stone , cut crystal , unique silverware and sparkling bare lightbulbs everywhere , Milestone imbues a cozy yet electric feel . “ It ’ s warm and welcoming but with the proper buzz of a busy , in-demand place ,” explains Dedier . “ We ’ ve put much effort into curating that energy — something you can ’ t buy .”
Milestone ’ s menu offers classics and some exciting diversions . “ We try for balance , offering familiarity for those wanting an everyday experience and conversely adventurous dishes for those seeking something unique ,” Dedier says .
Guests love Milestone for food that ’ s consistently delicious , its changing offerings and its craft cocktail program . “ Cuisine is the foundation for our house of hospitality ,” says Dedier . “ People come back because we ’ re genuine in our desire to connect with them , and we charge as little as we can get away with . To be an everyday restaurant , you have to have everyday value .”
Looking ahead , Dedier and Hazelton will continue reinvesting to keep Milestone ’ s quality high , changing the menu five times a year and growing the robust atmosphere of the space . “ The Milestone concept is very special to the people here ; it really belongs to the community not to us ,” Dedier says .
