Look at the picture on the slide . What might these people be feeling ? Why might they be feeling like it ? Is it OK to be feeling sad in that moment ?
Sometimes things happen , and we get angry or sad , jealous or cross . This is quite normal and whilst these might not be nice feelings to experience , they are normal and will often go after a short time . If you do feel this way it can be really helpful to talk to someone . Remember to try and not let your emotions out in a way that might hurt yourself or someone else ( i . e . telling yourself you shouldn ’ t be feeling down or pushing someone over because you are angry ).
