Fairfield First Fridays Art Walk
Celebrating nearly 25 years, Fairfield First Fridays Art Walk is Fairfield ' s signature cultural event, bringing the community together every first Friday of the month— and third Fridays during the summer— with art, live music, gallery tours, food and more. Ottumwa Area Community Chorus
The Ottumwa Area Community Chorus is a welcoming, non-auditioned vocal group open to singers of all ages and experience levels from Ottumwa and the surrounding communities. With ensembles for both adults and children, the chorus performs multiple times throughout the year and frequently collaborates with the Southeast Iowa Symphony Orchestra and other regional organizations. Directed by Dr. Christine Bergan, OACC ' s mission is to build community bridges through choral music that is inclusive, multicultural and multigenerational. Municipal Bands of Southern Iowa
Free outdoor band concerts are a cherished summer tradition across southeast Iowa. Communities including Oskaloosa, Ottumwa, Centerville and Pella host municipal bands that perform on Thursday evenings throughout the summer, while Fairfield ' s band takes the stage on Tuesday evenings. Town squares and city parks come alive with marches, showtunes, movie soundtracks and more. Concerts are free and open to all ages— just bring a lawn chair.

Ottumwa Community Players
The Ottumwa Community Players has been bringing live theater to the community for more than 70 years, staging several productions annually in collaboration with Ottumwa High School Theatre. Ottumwa Community Children ' s Playhouse
