Day 07: Acclimatization Day and climb to Dingboche Viewpoint
This is another acclimatization
day of Everest base camp
journey, probably walk 4/5
hours which cover 4 km as
well. One more extra night at
height of 4,440 meters, can
climb high and sleep low which
makes better respiration while
trekking further up to Everest
base camp. The strenuous trail
ascends up from Dingboche
village on the ridge of yak
pasture, will take you at
Dingboche Viewpoint at height
of 5050 m. It might quite tough
to reach to summits of peak because of windy and altitude but worth to climb as high as you can do. As you
climb higher the dramatical view of valley and mountains will be spectacular including best view of Mount
Makalu, Ama Dablam, Baruntse, Taboche, Island peak, Cholatse and Lobuche east

Day 08: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche (4,910 m/16,104 ft & 5/6 hours)
Today we are heading to
Lobuche at height of 4,910
meters and nearly 500-meter
altitude gaining in a single day.
We have around 5/6 hours
trekking and complete length
of 10 km approximately. Our
on forth trek to Lobuche is
ascending with gradually to
challenging uphill. Two tea
shop is available before a
strenuous climb up to where
can make lunch break then a
steady climb up to ridge called
memorial of Everest
summiteers. After Duglha
passes your adventure continuous to Lobuche on craggy alpine with looking view of Mt. Everest, Pumari,
Nuptse, Khumbutse.
