STEP 2 :
Add some suitable illustrations to the levels on the diagram using a fine fibre tipped pen . Add the detail first and then shade the selected colour lightly over the top when dry .
Illustration hint : First-class staterooms and cabins would have been large , second-class cabins smaller and third-class passengers and lower crew members would have slept in large dormitory , -style rooms with bunk beds . The waterline usually came at the bottom of Deck G .

Carry out research to find photographs which show what the interiors of some of the rooms on Titanic looked like . There are plenty to find and they may help you with your illustrations .
Find out about some the relics or artefacts from the Titanic which have been on sale recently and been auctioned off for huge prices . Even items like cutlery , crockery and menus sell for large amounts . A gold watch belonging to the Titanic ’ s richest passenger , John Jacob Astor , recently sold for over £ 1,000,000 and a case which held the music and the violin of the Titanic ’ s bandmaster was bought for £ 300,000 .
