McClellan Logistics Center II : A Gateway to McClellan Park ’ s Expansion
McClellan Park is nearing completion of its latest development , McClellan Logistics Center II . McClellan Logistics Center II spans 313,107 square feet over two Class A warehouse buildings and is the second new industrial warehouse project to be built in the business campus . The project further establishes the westside gateway to McClellan Park ’ s future development opportunities , where McClellan Park has entitlements to construct an additional 4 million square feet of new buildings .
Located along the I-80 / Winters Street interchange , Building A encompasses 172,212 square feet and Building C is 140,895 square feet . Leasing opportunities are currently available and it ’ s anticipated that both buildings will be fully leased by this fall .

Key features of McClellan Logistics Center II include rear dock loading with 130 truck courts , 9-foot-by-10-foot dock doors , clear height ranging from 32 feet to 36 feet , 50-foot-by-54-foot column spacing , and ESFR sprinklers . The site will also have more than four acres of designated truck terminal parking , in addition to ample auto and truck parking .
The buildings will be visible from Interstate 80 and tenants will have access to McClellan Park ’ s other amenities , including an on-site hotel and dining , residential housing , Union Pacific / BNSF rail service and Sacramento McClellan Airport , the nation ’ s largest privately-owned , public use airport .
