For more than four decades, Morton
& Pitalo, Inc. has been a leader in

California. Established in 1977 and having
completed thousands of projects, Morton &

and assessment districts. Morton & Pitalo
has a hugely diversified project base in the
city and county of Sacramento because of its
extensive knowledge and experience of land
development requirements in the greater
Sacramento area.
At Metro Air Park, Morton & Pitalo provided
land surveying, mapping, land planning and
civil engineering services to multiple clients.
This work included preparing topographic
surveys, ALTA surveys, tentative maps, final
maps, IODs and civil improvement plans.

construction requires the firm to be vested in
the success of the overall project. Morton &
Pitalo currently has five principal engineers/
surveyors, with each utilizing a team
