Another nonprofit partner is CommuniCare , a Yolo County FQHC network that provides comprehensive health care services delivered by a dedicated team of providers and support staff through clinic sites and outreach programs . CommuniCare ’ s chief medical officer is a UC Davis School of Medicine faculty member . Fellow faculty members and residents provide care at CommuniCare ’ s West Sacramento clinic .
Specialty telehealth contracts with FQHCs also involve UC Davis Health provider-toprovider telehealth and e-consult services , available in nearly 50 specialties .
