The Sacramento Black Chamber of Commerce held its 36th annual Installation & Business Awards Dinner on Dec . 9 at the Hilton Sacramento Arden West . The dinner featured keynote speaker and Champion of the Year Award winner Daniel Hahn , former chief of police for the City of Sacramento .
