The Sacramento Rainbow Chamber of Commerce held its annual Holiday Mixer on Dec . 16 at the Hilton Sacramento Arden West . Guests enjoyed a night of music , Tahoe Blue Vodka signature cocktails and the infamous ugly sweater contest .
