The Keith Warner Standard of Excellence Award
Named in honor of a former director of the VHEDC , the Keith Warner Standard of Excellence Award is given to a business that has shown a singular degree of excellence in the areas of business success , philanthropy and community service . The 2020 winner was Right4 Your Business , an independent consultancy owned and operated by Cindy O ’ Donovan of White Bear Lake . addition , she has coordinated several Northeast Metro Job Fairs , served as the Workforce Committee Chair , and is on the board of the Consortium of Lake Area Senior Services ( CLASS ).
“ We live and work in a really vibrant community and I enjoy connecting with people and ideas in a community that is already built on a strong foundation . My involvement with VHEDC is a way to give back to the community . I never imagined I ’ d get recognized for the things I enjoy doing ,” said O ’ Donovan .

Right4 Your Business is providing business and human resource solutions , with a focus on workforce planning and development . Among the services she offers are strategic business planning , talent acquisition , group retreat facilitation services and training programs .
O ’ Donovan has been actively volunteering in the community for pretty much her entire adult life . She currently serves as a VHEDC Board member , and was Interim Executive Director from March - May 2019 .
In addition to being on the VHEDC Board , O ’ Donovan is the facilitator for HR Connections . She is also on VHEDC ’ s investor relations committee , and serves as grant program coordinator for the Northeast Metro Manufacturing Partnership , or NEME . In
The 2020 winner was Fresh Paint , which over the years has grown from a small residential company to one of the leading commercial contractors in the industry . Owner Larry Zack credits his company ’ s growth to its mostly customer-centric focus and willingness to take on any challenge .
