1) So, tell us a little about yourself: Name, age (if you want), career….Elizabeth Cox ,40 and Auditor for Starr Restaurants.

2) How did you get into fitness?

I taught my first bootcamp class at New Jersey Health and Fitness in 2004, but something was missing. So I never pursued more until dance fitness 4 years ago.

3) Is fitness a challenge for you or did you always have it in you?

I know I have it in me, but dance fitness especially HPF takes the cake!

4) What challenges do you face or have you faced maintaining your fitness level?

I am not teaching enough HPF classes!

5) Now, why did you choose to teach House Party Fitness®? I came to Brooke one class and fell in love instantly! Ok, it was love at first beating… Since then, my daughters love it. One even became a Party Starter herself and is co- teach with me.

6) What kind of music do you listen to? What gets you pumped during your workout? Old School hip hop, some R & B, and Oldies. My Old School favorite is James Brown. My New School favorite Pharrell.

7) What is your favorite song you choreographed yourself for House Party Fitness® Classes?

8) Where do you teach? MT Tabor on Thursdays at 7:30pm (Philadelphia, PA)
