HIIT Hop™

Get ready to get HIIT with HIIT Hop™. Yes, House Party FitnessCo. LLC is expanding the programs to all! What is HIIT? HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise. Usual HIIT sessions may vary from 4–30 minutes. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.

So what is HIIT Hop™?

HIIT Hop™ is a High Intensity Interval class varying from 30-45 mins with short intense bursts of workouts and 10-15 seconds of low intensity recovery performed to Hip-hop while keeping a steady beat to the music. Is it dance? NO, however the instructor may incorporate dance inspired moves that fit into this unique HIIT class and/or strength moves used by break dancers. This class will be tailored to all fitness levels (beginner to advanced), and no dance skill is required... If you love hip-hop, are NOT a dancer, and like a RIDICULOUS workout, or if you like the bootcamp style, or just plain fitness in general... this is for you!
