In essence our warehouse is a central area for the storage of all our goods, It is almost the heart of the success of us here, it needs to be kept in fit shape to keep the company afloat.
Systems at our warehouse need to be as efficent as possible to ensure delivery times are met!
We store our garments in our warehouse until one of our customers makes and order. Once an order has been made we indivigually package the order and if you're lucky we'll include an extra treat in your parcel too along with other promotions.
The labelled parcels are now distributed around the country to their specific destination again by lorry.
The important thing to remember about distribution channels is that the manufacturer is always the begining and the consumer is always the end, this never changes.
As the above paragraph explained the indivigual orders are distributed via lorry and smaller vans to specific locations.
We aim to use the smallest and most envioronmentally friendly vehicals throughout this whole distribution proccess as we understand the importance of protecting the earth here at boohoo.
