'Crushed' Shoot
In this shoot i have used myself as a canvas.
My body becoming nothing but flesh. When domestic abuse takes place the victim becomes nothing but flesh, a human punch bag. Their life to the abuser becomes worthless. In this shoot i have taken on the role of the victum showing shocking images of what happens. Making people actually think about domestic violence rather than them pushing it to the back of their minds.
Here i have done a fashion themed shoot to
to show that domestic abuse is not something that is shown in public or media. This shoot is like any that would appear on a magizine cover with a slight twist you would not expect the model to have a black eye or to be beaten.
In this shoot i have used my photos and re photographed them being crushed by a man. This symbolises how victims are worthless to their abuser.
