1. Memorize important phone numbers like the police,friends, family, domestic violence hotlines
2. Tell a neighbor about your abusive reltionship with your partner. Ask them to call the police if they here any screaming or suspicious noices coming from your house or if they havent seen you in or heard from you in a long period of time.
3. If you still live with your abuser, find a safe room in your home where you and your children can hide.
4. Think of some safe places you could go to if anything happens.
(Try to make sure you have more then 3 people)
5. If you dont have a cell phone make sure you have spare change.
