A: In order to tone your butt there are four specific methods you can do. The first is performing lunges which work your core muscles. Front lunge, reverse lunge, walking lunge, and medicine ball lunge are a variety of lunges that still focus on your core muscles. Another way to tone your butt is to do squats which focus on your glutes. Doing squats with a resistance band or a single leg squat will also help strengthen your legs. Using an exercise ball and yoga are both beneficial and result worthy ways to tone your butt.

Q: Are there any dangerous exercises?

A: Exercises that are dangerous include squats, lunges, thigh abduction and adduction, crunches, leg extensions, upright row, jump squat, behind neck lat pulldown, and behind neck shoulder press. Keep in mind, they are only considering dangerous if done incorrectly.
