Our Time

As well as taking away  people’s problems, veganism presents new, positive  findings.

For example, going plant-based will naturally lead to more health-conscious decisions.

You might read the ingredients more carefully before purchasing  an item or pay more

attention to your fiber intake.  It is more than the act itself, but instead veganism is

a chain of positive actions continuing one after another.  If  taste is something you are

concerned about, vegan alternatives like the Impossible Burger and Just Egg are

growing more and more accurate. Some may say that they taste the same, if not better,

as the originals.  Falsely, people believe that  their  grocery bill will go up from the

expensive vegan foods, but vegetables and fruits cost much less than your typical

meats. Some premade meals are a bit more costly. However, it is mainly because the

wave of vegan diet is still at its  earliest stages. Over time, those products will become

more regularly available for consumers as veganism grows more popular . But when

comparing whole foods with meats, you will  save a great deal of money,  not to mention

preserve your health in the long run.

Amy mentioned that everyone would  change in their own time. And our  time  is now.  If

we all make a conscious, group  effort  to help  the  animals, the earth,  and one another,

then  there will be  significant  change. It is understandable that a completely vegan diet

seems  extreme  to some. Incorporating meat and dairy substitutes  while  lowering your

animal product-intake are strong contributions, nonetheless. So, regardless  of whether

you  opt for  a  vegetarian,  keto,  or  omnivore diet, y our  sacrifices will not go overlooked.

Diet  is  one thing  you  can control that will spread far beyond yourself  and by going

vegan,  everyone and everything will  reap from  your  efforts.  For the health of all,  we

need to step back and evaluate our lifestyles  in their  entirety. Oftentimes, we forget to

consider what is on our plates. Even if you still enjoy eating meat and  do not want to

give it up, I hope that you look at your  food  a little differently.
