Selene started reading the book. She understood that it was a story about her parents. She was shocked to find out that her father was still alive, although she didn’t know if that was a good thing. It looked like he was the villain of the story. The world had to be freed from her father, who had taken over humanity and turned the lives of people into a meaningless, colorless existence. That was the moment she knew that everything was in her hands now.
Suddenly, she heard a voice in her mind saying “Now is the time to stop the evil". That was when the pages flew apart and an old man with white hair appeared, Artemis, talking about her destiny. She then woke up, but something felt off... So she decided to leave home to see the world for herself. Selene ran through a blizzard, feeling scared but also at peace. She had taken all of her lessons to heart. She knew what she had to do now, this was her time to save the world.
