My name is Jesús David Espitia Miranda, I am 20 years old, I live in Cartagena de Indias in El Pozon, one of its popular neighborhoods. I love everything related to the culture of other places. One of my favorite hobbies is watching documentaries of tribes and ethnic groups from Africa or the Amazon.
I think that get some knowledge about national and international customs and traditions, contributes to our intellectual development as tourism professionals.
When I finished the 16 English levels, I took the OPT certification exam twice and I could not pass it, what demotivated me a bit, but I understood that you don't always win, so I continued preparing to take the APTIS certification exam that luckily I was able to pass.
I also have had the opportunity to take part in events and projects that I have enjoyed very much. Being part of the research group Ecofriendly has helped me understand some important factors that connect tourism and ecology.
For many people, the beginning of virtual classes was a good thing, in my case it was not like that, , it was not easy at all. I did not have the appropriate technology for the classes, but over time I think everything improved, I learned to love the virtual classes.
