The challenges of gastronomy in the new normal
In the frame of the Unicolombo Cultural Week, celebrated in november, the Bachelor of Business in Tourism and Hospitality Management had an important space with the event: The challenges of gastronimy in the new normal.
In this opportunity, the Unicolombo comunity had the chance to know the opinion and the vision of some gastronomy expert, such as, Salvo Basile, who shared his gastronomy preferences with the public.
The panelists expressed that biosecurity messures have always existed in restaurant business. Maybe this messures becomes more estrict with the pandemic, so the tourism sector in Cartagena is being prepared for the new challenges.
They also told that national and international tourists still want to visit Cartagena and taste its delicious dishes, so the most important action during this new processes is to achieve a colaborative work in the local tourism sector to let the client to live the expected experience: it means, new experiences for a new normal!
