CINDERELLA GHOUL A tall, strong, and tired looking woman with burns and an eyepatch on the left side of her face. Owner of “The Tower”. Alcoholic and smoker. Not to be fucked with. Her hair, a deep crimson, is tied back and somewhat kept, if only slightly disheveled.
ALONZA DE IRA A giant man with a ghoulish visage. Thin as a stick and bald. Quiet as a mouse, but with a deep voice. Janitor by trade.
DENNIS C. KORN A short round PI who dresses sharp but drinks sloppy. A grumpy old man. Regular at “The Tower”. Ms. Ghoul’s best friend.
JANICE TRENT A thin blonde woman who works as a Journalist for the local paper. Highly inquisitive to everyone but Ms. Ghoul. Friend of Ms. Ghoul. Regular at “The Tower”.
TORRES J GHOUL A mysterious figure in Ghoul’s dream.
INTRODUCTION:
(An old truck faces downstage, the passengers looking towards audience. The driver is shrouded in darkness, with barely a silhouette visible. In the passengers seat, a strong looking woman in her late 30s to early 40s with tied back crimson hair is drinking whiskey straight from the bottle. She looks happy and relaxed, if a bit intoxicated. The driver begins to speak, and sounds young.)
JAMES: I wish you wouldn’t drink in the car.
GHOUL (big swig): That’s why I’m having you drive.
JAMES (sighing): Unbelievable...
