Classified Training Day
This event served as an opportunity for our teachers to engage in a day of professional development in which they collaboratively set the stage for another successful school year. Our educators engaged in a series of interactive workshops and discussions while also developing new strategies to create equitable and engaging classroom environments. With the goal of enhancing learning experiences for all 7800 EWCSD students, teachers left their group discussions with a renewed enthusiasm for developing 21st century learners.
Classified Training Day included workshops and breakout sessions in topics ranging from building relationships to empowerment. The training day not only provided our staff with practical knowledge, but also created a sense of community and purpose among so many dedicated individuals who work tirelessly behind the scenes to support the District's mission of “Opening the Door to Every Child’s Future."
