APPOINTED Smart investment in Support for marketing apprentice Wiltshire manufacturers Nationwide welcomes new recruits Nationwide has just welcomed the 2015 emerging talent cohort. Graduates, apprentices and industrial placement employees have taken up posts in business areas across the society as part of a programme which has been expanded this year to more than 135 posts- up from 62 last year. A further Emerging Talent Programme intake is set to take place in January 2016 increasing the programme numbers further. Nationwide’s HR director Ann Brown said: “These new recruits are a real credit to Nationwide which is why we took the decision to increase this year’s emerging talent intake. We’re looking for talented people who share Nationwide’s commitment to doing the right thing and our Emerging Talent Programme offers successful candidates training, development and an excellent kick-start to their Nationwide career.
