꿀맛 리트릿

안녕하세요, 저는 Salem middle school에 다니는 최세미 입니다. 저에게는 이번에 간 리트릿이 제 생애 첫 리트릿이
었습니다. 그리고 그 첫 리트릿에서 하나님에 대한 많은 걸 배웠습니다. 특히 데니엘 전도사님이 전해주는 하나님
의 말씀은 너무 귀에 잘 박히고 이해가 잘 되었습니다. 개인적으로 가장 기억에 남는 시간은 기도시간이었습니다.
기도를 하고 싶은 만큼 끝까지 하고 서로가 서로에게 힘든 점을 얘기하면서 서로에게 기도를 해줄 수 있는 시간을
가져서 정말 좋았습니다. 그 때 다른 사람의 힘든 점을 듣고 그 사람을 위해서 기도를 해 주는 시간을 갖는 것이 세
상에서 제일 행복한 시간일 수도 있다는 생각이 들었습니다. 상대방이 저를 위해서 기도를 해 주면 너무 진심이 느
껴지고 정말 고마웠습니다. 리트릿에 가서 친구들과 함께 어울리며 놀 수 있는 시간도 많이 가졌습니다. 그룹을 만
들어서 게임도 하고 수다도 떨었습니다. 그곳에서 주는 음식도 정말 맛있었습니다. 야식도 먹었는데 야식은 컵라면
과 달달한 스낵이었습니다. 정말 꿀맛이었습니다. 야식을 다 먹고 나서는 시시한 게임들을 하면서 많이 웃었습니다.
시시한 게임이라서 재미없게 들릴 수도 있지만 너무 많이 웃었고 재미있었습니다. 하나님의 말씀을 듣기 전과 후에
는 하나님을 찬양했습니다. 찬양은 항상 새롭고 감동적입니다. 저는 이번 리트릿을 통해 너무 많은 걸 배우고 너무
많은 것을 얻었습니다. 다음에 다시 리트릿이 있다면 저는 꼭 다시 가고 싶습니다. 그리고 많은 사람들한테 꼭 가라
고 권하고 싶습니다.
Hi my name is Semi choi, 7th grader who goes to Salem middle school. I went to my first retreat
in April, 2019 and it was one of the best trip I’ve ever had before. I feel like retreat is the best way
to get to learn more about God and get to grow your faith more stronger. When pastor Daniel was
speaking a speech to us, it was like the best thing ever. I felt like all my sins were washing off and
being a whole brand new person again. Personally my personal part was when we got to have some
pray time with by myself and other people. Nothing have ever felt better than hearing other people’s
unique stories and praying for them and them praying for you. We also had some fun time with our
friends, we got to play some games or activities and socialize through some game or activities. The
food was amazing too. We got to have late night snacks such as spicy noodles and s’mores, and they
tasted amazing. After s’mores we would play music and sing along and try some new challenges, it
might sound very small and boring but we had a lot of smiles and laughs. We would also sing or
praise before and after pastor Daniel’s speech, and praising would be always refreshing and cool.
I have learned a lot more things about Jesus and God through retreat and I totally recommend it.
