. At boiler/gasification, thermal
efficiency is coal+20% while fuel vol itself increases, storage &
transferability made easier as liquid fuel, Lower emission(CO2, NOx, SOx)
than Diesel fuel boiler, Can utilize unrecovered fine coal, or coal
sludge/tailing, to turn environmental hazard into revenue fuel product.
