Daystar Academy Is An
Authorized IB PYP and
MYP School!
W
e are delighted to share that Daystar Academy
Beigao Campus (Beijing), another school within
Ivy Education Group, is now an authorized IB
Primary Years Programme (grades 1-5), and Middle
Years Programme (grades 6-8) school! This was the
result of three years of hardwork, vision, and ambition
by the entire Daystar administration, teachers and
staff. Centered around six Units of Inquiry per year
(such as “Who We Are”) and 10 IB Learner Profile traits
( such as communicator, open-minded, risk-taker), the
International Baccalaureate programmes challenge
students to excel in their studies, and encourage both
personal and academic achievement. Daystar Academy
Beigao campus was able to achieve both authorization
in record time, and we wish them our warmest
congratulations!
