BANANA BREAD
O
ur banana bread is often served for guests and snacks. We bake large pans but at home,
banana bread is usually made in a traditional loaf pan. This is a delicious snack and
freezes well. Some of our students have allergies to nuts, so our banana bread is nut-
free like all our dishes. If you wish, adding lightly toasted walnuts or pecans to this
bread are a classic combination.
