UNITY DAY also featured Daystar’s first
ever “Daystar’s Got Talent”. Inspired by
their Unit of Inquiry, three fourth grade
students wanted to raise money to help
victims of natural disaster. We had 13
acts, and raised 11,260.20 RMB for Jet
Li’s ONE FOUNDATION, which focuses on
disaster relief.
