Ivy MI Kindergarten First City Campus
Proudly wearing their bright orange “Week for Change”
head bandanas and red campus uniform, students from
Ivy MI Kindergarten Three Thousand Castles Campus and
First City Campus participated in a charity run – “Week
for Change”, by running on the streets with their parents.
To the kids, the charity run is a happy event. Though
the route is pretty long for them, both kids and parents
are active because they all want to raise funds to help
people in need.
“We are just running around the community, because we
can attract more people to join us,” said Chen Pengduo,
Campus Director of Ivy MI Kindergarten Three Thousand
Castles Campus. “Through Week for Change, we wish
to teach children about our core values of caring and
service, and tell them that no matter how old you are,
you can make your own contributions to helping other
people and making this world a better place. It’s our
sincere hope that ‘Week for Change’ can give our kids
strength and opportunity to change the world.”
Ivy MI Kindergarten Three Thousand Castle campus
raised 2,900 RMB. They donated their funds to
“Tianxian Bao Bao”, an organization that helps
children afflicted with spinal curvatures.
Finally, Ivy MI Kindergarten First City Campus raised
over 4,800 RMB to help purchase warm beddings for
the elderlies in community and daycare centers. We
are truly proud of all of our students’ amazing effort!
