время в Японии осуществляется рандомизированное исследование 2 фазы «Trigger» [21]. Планируется
включение 130 больных HER2+ раком желудка. Будет
изучена эффективность использования в неоадъювантном режиме препарата трастузумб по сравнению
с обычной химиотерапией. Также, весьма актуальной
задачей является поиск биомаркеров-предикторов
для выявления больных с высоким риском развития
рецидива, а также прогнозирования эффективности
адъювантной терапии.
