Future
The future key structural event in the history of the Con-
cern is being prepared now – the concentration of individual
Moscow enterprises production capacities. The capacities of
JSC «Topaz factory» and JSC DB «Ametist» will be placed on
the territory of JSC SPE «Salut». Thiswill form anintegrated re-
search and production complex and anintegrated infrastruc-
ture, the obvious advantages of which consist in a serious
costs optimization, in strengthening of cooperation between
enterprises Concern, and in areas and time saving.
Opportunities for industrial cooperation of the concern's
enterprises located in the Moscow region, as well as possible
areas of cooperation with the Moscow Government, were an-
alyzed during the Moscow Mayor S.S. Sobyanin’s recent visit
at the SPE «Salyut». These areas of cooperation are ecological
monitoring, protection of water areas and river ports, orga-
nization of modern refrigerating systems, provision of safe-
ty in public transport, processes automation in many other
spheres of the life of the capital. One of the most important
and promising projects is the revival and development of
a modern form of a river passenger high-speed transport
system on the basis of a new generation hydrofoil ships de-
veloped by Alexeev’s Hydrofoil Design Bureau – a strategic
partner of the Concern. Due to the wide geographical loca-
tion of our enterprises and the growing integration processes
within the Concern, the realization of these opportunities is
not limited to the Central region only.
On the international market of military-technical cooper-
ation the Concern presents itself as a vendor of spare parts,
maintenance and other services related to machinery main-
tenance. We are ready to offer foreign partners both individ-
ual samples of modern military equipment and equipment
as a part of ship structures. Samples of weapon and military
equipment produced by JSC Concern Morinsis-Agat have al-
ready been supplied to a number of countries in Asia, Africa
and Latin America. Changes in the current legislation in the
area ofmilitary-technical cooperation presuppose the grant-
ing to management companies the right to independently
carry out international economic activities. This will allow the
Concern to more actively establish cooperation with foreign
companies, improve its position in the international arms
market. Especially it concerns the issues of servicing and
modernization of supplied earlier weapons.
It makes sense to consider the prospect of creating joint
production enterprises, service centers and organizing of joint
international Research and Advanced Developments in many
high-tech areas and for the production of export products.
Each anniversary is a good reason to look back at the passed
distance and to assess the scope and significance of the ac-
complished tasks, to give exact estimates to the current stage
in order to move to the future with preserving the achieved
advantages. Today it is clear that our future is modern ships,
high-end new generations computing technology, and proj-
ects that significantly improve the ordinary life of people.
