Возложив на свои плечи ношу лидера крупной интегрированной структуры, « Агат » успешно справился с этой функцией. В корпоративную структуру управления вошли опытные специалисты предприятия, а также сотрудники, привлеченные из других организаций. Команда специалистов финансово‐экономического, организационноправового, производственно-технологического и внешнеэкономического блоков исполняет роль своеобразного штаба, планирующего и координирующего работу дочерних и зависимых акционерных обществ в части решения общекорпоративных задач. Современные экономические реалии требуют тщательно выстраивать маркетинговую стратегию, учитывать конкурентоспособность своих разработок, оптимизировать производственный процесс, привлекать партнеров, искать новые пути сотрудничества.
Беспрецедентно выросшие объемы государственного оборонного заказа, огромные средства, выделяемые на технологическую модернизацию производства, эффективное использование таких инструментов, как федеральные целевые программы позволили вдохнуть новую жизнь в предприятия. которые составляют золотой фонд российской оборонки, К числу таких предприятий относится и АО « Концерн « Моринсис-Агат ».
За последние пять лет интегрированная структура Концерна достигла существенных темпов роста: объем производства вырос по сравнению с 2011 годом в 2,3 раза и составил 22,6 млрд. руб.; численность сотрудников составила 10 657 человек, с 2011 года создано около трех тысяч новых рабочих мест; портфель заказов увеличился в 11 раз.
Изделия Концерна получили заслуженное признание не только в России, но и у специалистов стран-импортеров российских вооружений в различных регионах мира. Среди них: боевые информационно-управляющие системы, интегрированные системы управления надводных кораблей и подводных лодок, системы управления стрельбой крылатыми и баллистическими ракетами морского базирования, корабельных и береговых ракетных комплексов. Некоторые из них – « Клаб », « Бал », « Пума » – стали своего рода символами Концерна, его визитной карточкой.
Четко обозначенными ключевыми стратегическими целями Концерна являются:
• выполнение государственного оборонного заказа;
• увеличение стоимости бизнеса;
• повышение устойчивости интегрированной структуры. Важная часть программ развития предприятия на сегодняшний момент – это техническое перевооружение производства и развитие инновационных технологий, без которых в ближайшем будущем станет невозможно производить продукцию нового поколения, сопоставимую или превосходящую по своим тактико-техническим характеристикам продукцию стран-конкурентов на рынке вооружений. За период 2011 – 2016 годы Концерном реализовано 28 мероприятий в рамках программ ФЦП. В ходе их выполнения приобретено современное оборудование, а также создан ряд уникальных стендов.
Concern today
Having taken the role the integrated structure leader, Agat successfully coped with this new function. Experienced specialists of the enterprise, as well as employees attracted from other organizations have entered the corporate management structure. The team of specialists in the finance and economic, organizational and legal, manufacturing and technological, and foreign economic departments fulfills the role of a headquarters by planning and coordinating the work of subsidiaries and dependent joint-stock companies in resolving general corporate tasks. Modern economic realities require careful building of marketing strategy, taking into account the competitiveness of its developments, optimization of the production process, attraction of partners, and seeking new ways of cooperation. To determine the key directions for further development, the Concern creates economically justified product-client divisions.
The increased volume of state defense orders, the huge funds allocated for the production technological modernization, the effective use of federal targeted programs have allowed us to breathe new life into the enterprises that make up the gold fund of the Russian defense industry, including JSC Concern Morinsis-Agat.
Over the past five years the integrated structure of the Concern has achieved significant growth rates: the production volume increased in 2,3 times compared to 2011 and amounted up to 22,6 billion rubles; the number of employees has become 10 657 people andabout 3 thousand new places of work have been created since 2011; the portfolio of orders increased in 11 times.
Concern production has received a well-deserved recognition not only in Russia, but also among specialists of countries importing Russian weapon all around the world. It includes combat information and control systems, integrated control systems for surface ships and submarines, sea-based cruise and ballistic missilesfire control systems, ship and coastal missile systems. Some of them – « Club », « Bal », « Puma » – have become symbols and business card of the Concern.
The Concern has clearly identified key strategic goals:
• implementation of the state defense order;
• business cost increase;
• increase of the integrated structure stability.
An important part of the company ' s today development programsis the technical re-equipment of production and the development of innovative technologies providing the possibility to produce in the near future a new generation of products which tactical and technical characteristics are comparable or superior to the products of rival countries in the arms market. Over the period of 2011-2016 years the Concern realized 28 events within the framework of Federal Special Purpose Programs. During their implementation the enterprises of the Concern acquired modern equipment providing the production of advanced weapons, and developed a number of unique benches.
