Уникальная история предприятия, начиная с послевоенных пионерских разработок для управления корабельным вооружением, наполнена неустанным поиском новых технических решений. Настоящим прорывом стало создание в 60‐х годах прошлого столетия принципиально нового направления в сфере точного морского приборостроения – внедрения средств цифровой вычислительной техники. За прошедшие десятилетия было создано пять поколений вычислительных машин и комплексов в морском исполнении, нашедших широкое применение во многих изделиях приборостроительных предприятий отрасли.
Особое место занимают разработки в области боевых информационно-управляющих систем: « Море », « Корень » – для надводных кораблей, « Туча », « Алмаз », « Омнибус » и другие – для подводных лодок, а также систем управления стрельбой корабельных ракетных комплексов, систем управления и защиты ядерных энергетических установок. Разработка, модернизация и усовершенствование боевых информационно-управляющих систем продолжается. В настоящее время предприятия Концерна разрабатывают новое поколение высокотехнологичных систем, построенных на современной аппаратной части с высоким уровнем алгоритмирования, с большим объемом решаемых задач и степенью автоматизации.
Но самую главную часть истории предприятия, его основу и гордость составляет трудовой коллектив, талантливые инженеры и конструкторы, ветераны, стоявшие у истоков создания отечественной морской приборной техники, ученые, рабочие, лауреаты Ленинской премии, Государственных премий СССР и Российской Федерации, премий Совета Министров СССР и Правительства Российской Федерации. В 2012 году нашими общими усилиями была издана уникальная книга по истории и развитию Концерна со дня его образования до наших дней. В ней особое внимание уделено биографиям работников предприятия, чей общий труд является бесценной, незаменимой основой достижений, которыми мы гордимся.
Следует отметить, что каждое из предприятий, входящих в мультиструктуру Концерна, имеет значимые даты в своей истории, к которым выработано уважительное отношение всего коллектива. Так гордость по поводу своего 75‐летия АО « Концерн « Моринсис-Агат » в этом году разделяет с заводом « Салют », старейшим производственным предприятием оборонки, также отмечающим в этом году 75‐летний юбилей. Мы продолжаем объединять свои усилия в условиях современного производственного процесса, требующего высокотехнологичных решений. Ставим новые цели, расширяя возможности автоматизации разных сфер деятельности, ищем новые пути сотрудничества не только в оборонной промышленности, но и в гражданских сферах. Хочется подчеркнуть важность этого этапа в жизни Концерна, обозначить достигнутые результаты, а также актуальные на сегодняшний день организационные, стратегические и инновационные цели.
The unique history of the enterprise began with post-war pioneer developments for the control of shipboard weapon. It is filled with relentless search for new technical solutions and achievements. A real breakthrough was the creation in 1960s of a fundamentally new direction in the area of precise marine instrumentation – the implementation of digital computing equipment. Over the past decades five generations of sea computers and complexes have been created and have found wide application in many products developed by instrument-making enterprises of the industry.
A special place is taken by developments of combat information and control systems. They include: « More », « Koren » – for surface ships, « Tucha », « Almaz », « Omnibus », and others – for submarines, as well as fire control systems for ship missile systems and control and protecting systems for nuclear power plants. The development, modernization and improvement of combat informationcontrol systems continue this day. At present enterprises of the Concern are developing a new generation of high-tech systems built on modern hardware with a high level of algorithmic, with a large scope of tasks to be solved and a high degree of automation.
The most important part of the enterprise history, its foundation and pride is the personnel, talented engineers and designers of today as well as veterans, scientists, workers, laureates of the Lenin Prize, State Prizes of the USSR and the Russian Federation, Prizes of the Council of Ministers of the USSR and the Government of the Russian Federation who were at the forefront of creating domestic sea instrumentation. In 2012 a unique book on the history and development of the Concern from the initiation to the present day was published by our combined efforts. It pays special attention to the biographies of enterprise outstanding workers, whose common work is an invaluable, indispensable foundation of the achievements we are proud of.
It should be noted that each of the included in the multi-structure of the Concern enterprises has its own significant history dates, whichare much respected by the whole personnel. This year, JSC « Concern « Morinsis-Agat » shares its pride with the plant « Salyut », the oldest manufacturing enterprise of our defense industry, which also celebrates its 75 th anniversary this year. We continue to combine our efforts in the modern production process that requires high-tech solutions. We are setting new goals, expanding the opportunities for automation of different spheres of activity; we are looking for new ways of cooperation not only in the defense industry, but also in civil spheres. I would like to emphasize the importance of this stage in the life of the Concern, to outline the results achieved, as well as organizational, strategic and innovative goals that are topical for today.
