2001 2011 2015
The year of company foundation and launching
its first production facility in Ivanovo - The center of
the Russian textile industry. ORMATEK was listed in the “Russian Book of Records”
for producing the highest and largest mattress with an
area of 114 m 2 with a height of 1.35 m. Establishment of a partnership agreement with Tempur Sealy
International Inc. the world's largest manufacturer of sleep
products. ORMATEK is established as the official and
exclusive distributor of Tempur, Sealy and Stearns & Foster
product brands in Russia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan.
2003 2012 2017
Company implemented vacuum pressing
technology. Ever since ORMATEK mattresses
have combined comfort with the ease of being
transportable. The company began its own furniture production. Heralding
a new stage in the development of the organization,
ORMATEK was now able to offer its customers
comprehensive solutions in Bedroom design. Worldwide expansion through export commencing
to Greece, India and Cambodia.
2006 2014 2017
ORMATEK entered the mass market and established
its first regional representative office in Novosibirsk.
Later ORMATEK's own and partner stores were
opened throughout Russia: From St. Petersburg
through to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. VERDA, a new collection of Premium Bedroom Furniture, was
launched. Designed for connoisseurs, who appreciate comfort
and beautiful interiors, it is a bespoke range of furniture
comprising mattress headboard, base and bedside cabinets. 2008 2015 2017
Production facilities were upgraded with the modern
hi-tech equipment from the leading producers of
Europe and the USA. This enabled to exponentially
increase of production capacity and implement a
number of innovative technologies. Products of ORMATEK company are recommended by
"Russian Society of Sleep Medicine", organization
specializing both in the research and the resolution of, sleep
quality issues. Membership of the "Association of Children's Goods
Industry" helping to create a safe environment for
childhood.
