SUMMARY
After brief description of the structure of the earth atmosphere
and its basic parameters - temeperature, pressure and
humidity and after defining of the concept of refraction curve,
a description of the vertical refraction investigations made
by the Ninth Bulgarian Antarctic Expedition on Livingston
Island is given.The appartuses for the carying out of the
investigations and the defined points for observations are
described.. The acomplished observations by means of 24
reads, the results and conclusions in graphycal form are
given. From the analyses of the juxtaposed diagrames a
conclusions for the change of the zenith angle depending
on the wether, atmospheric pressure and temeperature
are made. In the end, a sumarized concusions about the
vertical refraction coefficient are given. A necessity for more
complicated organisation of the investigations in order to
follow the total influance of the atmospphere and to define
with sufficient exactitude the coefficient of refraction is
emphasized.

температура, атмосферно налягане и влажност.
